About List Vault Data

List Vault Data is a self-service marketplace for verified business and organization data. We build narrow, carefully curated datasets — Michigan funeral homes, churches and congregations, government and public-sector offices — and let you browse them, filter them down to exactly the records you need, and download a clean CSV in minutes. There are no sales calls, no minimum contracts and no waiting on a quote.

What makes our lists different is how they are built. Every record starts from public, citable sources: official state license lists, government filings, open directories and the organization's own website. Each record is then corroborated against independent sources, graded for confidence, and checked for the contact fields that actually matter — a physical address, a working phone number, a real website. Records that are nothing more than a name on paper never make it into a paid file, and we tell you the grade of every record you buy.

Our customers are the people who need to reach these organizations directly: fundraisers and nonprofits, suppliers and service providers, researchers, journalists, local-government teams and small marketing agencies. If you have ever bought a list that turned out to be half-dead, this is the answer to that.

List Vault Data is built and maintained by a small, independent team in Michigan. We curate every dataset ourselves rather than reselling someone else's file, which is why we launch few datasets and keep them fresh instead of listing thousands we cannot stand behind. If there is a niche you need and we do not have it yet, tell us — most of what we publish started as a customer request.
