Payment Processing (Stripe)

Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates provide the payment processing for every ListVault order. When you check out, you are taken to a secure Stripe-hosted page, and your payment details go straight to Stripe.

ListVault is the seller of every data file. Stripe processes the payment but is not a party to your purchase. Questions about your order, file, accuracy claims or refunds come to us, as described in our Refund & Delivery Policy.

Stripe is certified to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Card numbers are collected and stored by Stripe, not by ListVault. We only receive confirmation of payment and basic details such as the amount, your email and the last four digits of your card.

Stripe collects and uses payment information to process transactions, prevent fraud and meet legal requirements. That use is covered by Stripe's Privacy Policy. How ListVault uses your information is covered by our Privacy Policy.

Stripe screens transactions for fraud and may decline, delay or reverse a payment it considers risky or unlawful. If a payment is declined, no order is placed and no file is delivered.

Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to your original payment method. Disputes and chargebacks follow card network rules through Stripe. Please contact us before filing a dispute, since most issues can be fixed quickly.

Stripe's terms prohibit using its services for illegal activity or restricted business types. Payments linked to fraud or prohibited activity may be refused or reversed.
